Ordering & Shippment

Underwear and socks, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. However, if your item has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at info@manset.com.ua to request an exchange for a defective item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Please double-check all order details, including shipping and billing information, before confirming your purchase. If an incorrect shipping address was provided, it will be the customer's responsibility to locate the package.

We offer worldwide shipping. For the United States, the available options are:

• Free Shipping: Orders $60 and up, delivery in 10-14 days.
• Standard Shipping: $17.99, delivery in 10-14 days for orders up to $60.
• Priority Processing & Shipping Insurance: $21.55, delivery in 10 days, includes expedited handling and added security for your package.
• UPS Express: $30.00, delivery in 3-6 days.
