First Pair Guarantee
MAN’S SET is underwear engineered around men’s health – an anatomical support system that maintains natural positioning, reduces pressure, and gives your body the freedom to move the way it’s meant to.
We stand behind the quality of what we make. But we also understand that comfort is personal — and every body is different. That’s why we offer the First Pair Guarantee: if your first pair doesn’t meet your expectations, submit a claim within 30 days and our team will find the right resolution for you.
How It Works
Order your first pair from mansset.com. Wear them. Wash them. Live in them for up to 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, submit a claim with the details of your experience. Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of your inquiry.
Depending on the reason for your claim, the resolution may include:
• Refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for a different size, style, or color
• Store credit for a future purchase
The form of resolution is determined by MAN’S SET based on the information provided in your claim.
No return shipping required. You do not need to send the product back.
Eligibility
The First Pair Guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:
• First-time purchase. The guarantee is available once per customer. Only customers who have not previously purchased from MAN’S SET are eligible.
• Purchased directly from mansset.com. Orders placed through Etsy, third-party retailers, or any other platform are not covered by this guarantee.
• Single pair at full price. The guarantee covers one individual pair purchased at full price. Multi-packs and items marked as Final Sale are excluded.
• Claim submitted within 30 days. You must submit your claim within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Claims received after this period cannot be processed.
• Proof of purchase required. Your order ID and order confirmation screenshot are required to verify your claim.
How to Submit a Claim
To activate the First Pair Guarantee, email info@mansset.com with the subject line First Pair Guarantee Claim . Please include all of the following information. Incomplete claims may delay processing.
Part 1: Your Information
1. Full name (as used on your order)
2. Email address (the email associated with your order)
3. Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
Part 2: Product Details
4. Product purchased (style, color, and size)
5. Purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation)
Part 3: Reason for Claim
Please select the reason that best describes your experience:
• Size didn’t fit (please specify: too small / too large / other)
• Material or fabric not comfortable
• Quality not as expected
• Product doesn’t match the description on the website
• Other (please describe)
Please provide a brief description of the issue. Your feedback helps us improve our products — the more specific you are, the better we can serve you and future customers.
Part 4: Resolution
Based on the information you provide, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution for your claim. This may include a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, style, or color, or store credit for a future order.
MAN’S SET reserves the right to determine the form of compensation based on the nature of the claim and the details provided.
Part 5: Additional Questions
• Was the product damaged when you received it? (Yes / No)
• Please attach a screenshot of your order confirmation (JPEG or PNG)
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Once approved, we will notify you of the resolution. For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. You may choose the same product or select a different size or style. To report a lost package, contact info@mansset.com with your order ID and tracking number. Our team will verify the shipment status and arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at info@mansset.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order ID. We will resolve the situation promptly. This applies to all orders, regardless of whether it is your first purchase.
What’s Not Covered
• Second or repeat purchases
• Multi-packs
• Items purchased on sale or marked as Final Sale
• Orders placed through Etsy or any platform other than mansset.com
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Claims submitted after the 30-day window
Original shipping costs, duties, import taxes, and transaction fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of a claim.
